All Support Workers must have the correct character and attitude. We train, monitor and supervise our Support Workers closely and effectively, it is important to adequately meet the needs of the Citizens with in the time given to deliver the care at the level which we would deliver for our own families and relatives- that is the standards we set for ourselves and deliver to our Citizens.

Our aim is to delight our Citizens by providing the very best person centred care services. We are proud to serve Citizens from all walks of life. So we want Support Workers who reflect this great diversity.

We provide all the training required to become a Community Support Worker. You will be trained by a fully trained and qualified In-house Association of Healthcare Trainers (AoHT) Member.

As you develop at ASK Healthcare; we offer and put forward Support Workers who would like to get a Level 2 or 3 QCF Qualification in Health & Social Care which is provided by ASK Healthcare Limited. Hence, we can widen your career options in the future.
